3 Quick Tips to Use LinkedIn Effectively

Ok, you are up against the clock, like me. I feel the urge to rush, to force out this post, because I have a few minutes to complete this offering before the hour expires. So, if you feel the same impulse to rush on LinkedIn, you need to use the network more effectively, so you know your time is well spent. On to the tips...

Share to Groups

I do not care if you share great content all day long, you will run into tough times if you are sharing in the wrong spots. Join niche specific groups and share each of your blog posts to these groups, because hey, you want your content in front of prying eyes, right? Remember, targeted prospects, not some guy or gal who has no interest in your offering. If you want to grow your internet home business quickly on LinkedIn you will spend 99% of your time on niche specific groups, sharing content, chatting people up and connecting with folks who are interested in your offering.

Chat it Up

OK, here we are, chatting it up. Simply being sociable makes you magnetic to people who have like-minded ideals. Yep, people who might join your online business team, or people who seek out your mentoring. Just a chat, that is all, that is what set up the opportunity. I know it might feel like chatting is a waste of time, but far from it....chatting opens doors that lazy, shy internet home business never open, because you are being social, you are connecting with folks and you are proving that yes, you are a listener who can solve the problems, or issues, of any prospective online entrepreneur. Be as social as possible, even when most people around you seem to be as chatty as a peach pit, and you will quickly learn how easily you can connect with people and grow your venture, because you, the chatty type, stands out from the masses of people who rarely engage on the professional network.

Be Persistent

Be as persistent as heck, at least if you want to stand out from the crowd again. Most people just plain do not keep at it and expect to grow their internet home business on the networking, but only the persistent win in this game. People who keep at it, get it, whatever IT means to them, and in our case it means simply growing your online venture. Show up each day on niche-specific groups. No, you are not wasting your time, not at all. You are actually maximizing your time by hanging where prospects can see you, which is a wonderful, wonderful thing.
