How Can You Address the Fear of Being Scammed?

I see many otherwise smart, talented entrepreneurs who spend much of their precious time finding, or fighting, scams. Virtually all of these folks were burned in the past; hey, most of us have been, on some level.

What this crowd misses is that: where your attention and energy goes, grows. Focus on being AGAINST scams and you attract a whole host of fighters, and scams, and unpleasant people, and angry, unforgiving people who agree with you, and get in on the right, and of course, the person FOR their business is laughing all the way to the bank while you fight, and fight, and claw.

Resisting the fear of being scammed has wrecked more promising online careers than I care to note. How can you avoid this fear?

Be Honest

Being brutally honest on if you are FOR your venture or AGAINST scams is the starting point to addressing this fear. I was against scams for many months, until I realized that being against simply meant I was not fully for, or fully clear, on how I chose to make my living.

Once I developed this sense of honesty with self, success found me easily, because the FOR, non-resistant crowd, manifests their dreams with less and less fight, and less and less effort.

Fall in Love with What You Do

OK now you are no longer fighting, or going against, scams. You are for how you choose to make a living. The next choice is this: decide to develop a full on, unbridled passion for what you do. By having a passion for writing, or running a home business, or developing a social media campaign, you can more easily release the fear of being taken, or being lied to, which of course fills your being with high energy faith.

Once you are in love with what you do, you feel no need to express your distaste for what you wish not to do.
